Urgent Medical Support for Prativa in her Fight against a deadly disease

51-year-old Mrs. Prativa was an active volunteer in SUADHA NGO, comes from a very middle-class family. She is a single parent who stays in a rented house with her only son in Malad, Mumbai. 20 years back, her husband has left the family when her son was very small. Since then, she started selling Indian Sari & dress materials from her home, which has stopped in December 2019. Her son is qualified in Information Technology and was working in a company. But due to the COVID pandemic, her son Subhrangshu lost his job. Presently he is working from home as a freelancer and this is the only source of income of the family.

With a rapidly increasing fever and with extremely low blood sugar level, Mrs. Pratibha was fainting continuously and in between, it dramatically moved to Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy disease, which means, slowly her brain stop supporting her daily activity in her life, which has diagnosed at Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai. Presently she has been discharged and from the home, she is under the care of Neurorehabilitation with Physiotherapy & Occupational therapy to get rid of the disease.

To support her treatment she has been required to pay a minimum of Rs.1,20,000 every month. The estimated cost of her treatment would be RS.15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakhs) approximately.

Due to the exorbitant cost of the treatment from our NGO, we are trying to help her out to raise funds to save her life in helping her brave battle.

All the donations towards the NGO are exempted from Income Tax 50% under section 80G – IT Certificate and CSR credit 100%.
