Partially blind 25 years old, Swapnil Nagwanshi, who is suffering from typical Cataract problems on his both eyes, which is slowly making him blind. He stays with his mother, at remote Kalbhad village, Murbad Taluka, Thane district, which is 80km away from Kalyan city. At his very young age he has lost his father.
He is working in a Hotel Kitchen as a cook at Alephata, Junner District. He is having a very nominal source of income to run his home.
He has to undergo Cataract Surgery with MICS TRIFOCAL PROGRESSIVE Lens from Johnson & Johnson Ltd. at Isha Netralaya, Kalyan. The estimated cost of his treatment would be approximately Rs. 1,74,500/-.
