About Suadha

We are proud to introduce our organization to you. We are a team of professional social workers from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) & Nirmala Niketan. After years of experience in different reputed NGO’s, we initiated SUADHA (Social Upliftment and Development for Health Wellness) in 2006. Social Upliftment and Development for Health Wellness(SUADHA) is a Non-Profit Public Charitable Trust working for last 15 years on different health issues as well as social causes to uplift the poor and needy people. Since the poverty line in rural areas is below normal and in cities health hazards is beyond control, we intervene in all areas of aspect in human life to develop.

About SUADHA

‘Social Upliftment And Development For Health Wellness’ (SUADHA) is a non-profit organization registered at Mumbai, working for the last 15 years on holistic development of the underprivileged through socio and economic uplift in PAN INDIA.

The NGO operates from Kalyan city and has a SUADHA corporate office. It extends support for various health care facilities, education, poor relief, tribal welfare, sanitation, women empowerment, livelihoods, and plantations. It also conducts awareness lectures and health check-up camps on various health issues to educate people across India.

SUADHA conducts workshops and awareness programs focused on inner wellbeing. We help individuals develop healthy relationships and a connection between body and mind. Health and wellbeing are more than being disease-free — it’s about feeling balanced in mind, body, and spirit. The following topics are conducted for Corporates and Clubs:

Power of “Healthy Mindset” in overcoming Stress & Anxiety at the workplace.
“Be Limitless”. Expand your limited self as an individual and at the workplace.
Anxiety awareness – Impact on personal & professional growth.
Recover & Improve from Self-Suppression & RE-DEFINE YOURSELF.
Practical skills to stop struggling with anxiety and worry cycles for the workplace.
Develop Inner well-being. (Heal from stress and burnout to improve workplace productivity.)

The NGO’s second office is Suadha Rehab Centre, where women are trained for livelihoods and various handmade items. These products are handcrafted by deserving women (cancer survivors, destitute women, single women, women from remand homes, mentally challenged individuals & tribal women) under the income generation project with SUADHA Rehab Centre.

SUADHA plays an important role in supporting women by offering them a source of income, increasing their self-esteem, and reducing their mental stress. Each item has its own story and is made patiently with emotional dedication — supporting women empowerment projects.

The NGO also runs Gramin Kaushalya Vikas Kendra – Skill Development Training Centre as ‘SupremeTech Institution’ at Saralgaon, Murbad Taluka, Thane, Maharashtra. It helps transform rural and tribal youth with 100% job guidance and immediate employment opportunities. Currently, the following courses are offered:

Advanced Mobile Repairing & Servicing – 120 hours
Advanced T.V Repairing & Servicing – 120 hours
Advanced Asst. Electrician Course – 120 hours
Advanced Tailoring Course – 120 hours + Sewing Machine
Driving Course – 120 hours + Driving Licence
PCV Soldering Course (only for girls) – 60 hours

SUADHA also looks after the needs of tribal school and college-going students across India. It conducts awareness lectures and health check-up camps on various health issues to educate people about wellbeing solutions. Since poverty in rural areas is below normal and urban health hazards are rising, SUADHA intervenes in all aspects of human life to promote development and holistic growth.
