Breast Cancer Awareness & Screening is crucial to prevention. SUADHA NGO launched “Project Hamari Saathi” – Free Breast Cancer Detection for 1179 women across Kolkata City from 1st November 2022 to 26th November 2022, in support of the Australian High Commission, New Delhi, to raise intervention and early detection.

Amazingly, there was notable interest among young girls who attended the camps. On 4th November, the project was inaugurated at Keya Seth Exclusive Shopping Mall, Kalighat, Kolkata by Ms. Rowan Ainsworth – Consul General for Australia, Kolkata, and Ms. Angelina Nair – Research Officer, Australian Consul.
