Shri Ambreshwar Shiva Temple, Ambernath, Visit by the International Guests

On 14th February, the international Japanese guests visited the amazing Shiv Mandir of Ambarnath, a historic 11th-century Hindu temple located in the Thane district. It is believed that the temple was built by the Pandavas in just one night from a single huge mass of stone during their period of vanvaas.

The temple is considered one of the oldest structures from the mid-eleventh century, and it is said that there is no other temple like it anywhere else in the world.

After visiting the temple, they visited one of the NGO member’s homes for tea.
