SUADHA NGO’s skill development training includes providing sewing machines and establishing tailoring shops or collectives to empower women and help them generate income.
These efforts aim to improve the socio-economic conditions of tribal communities and foster self-reliance. From the month of May 2025, two volunteers of the NGO, Ms. Puja Kanekar and Mr. Mayur Chopede, a Textile Engineer, have been developing toy-making and various gift-item–making skills among tribal women so they can gain a sustainable source of income.
