It serves as a reminder to all of us of the need to collectively work to overcome the growing burden of diabetes globally. On 14th November 2024, on World Diabetic Day, SUADHA NGO organized a Diabetic Health Checkup Camp at Murbad ST Bus Stand, Murbad Taluka, Thane District, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A total of 67 bus drivers and bus conductors attended the camp. Out of these, 8 people were detected with high blood sugar, and 5 were found to be pre-diabetic.
The NGO is grateful to Manager Mr. Musale, who helped in facilitating this camp.
