On the occasion of World Oral Day on 6th March 2025, the NGO conducted an Oral Hygiene Awareness Program and Dental Check-up Camp at a remote tribal village school. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of oral health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing. The program was supported by SI Group India Pvt. Ltd. and held at Dahigaon Vibhag High School, Jamghar, Murbad Taluka, Thane.
A total of 53 students from the 8th and 9th standards attended the camp. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were distributed to all participating students. The 10th standard students were unavailable as they had left for their examinations.
The NGO is grateful to Dr. Pratik Bhoir from Kalyan city for attending the camp and supporting the cause. From the NGO team, Mrs. Tessie Freddy, Mr. Shivaji Bhoir, and Mr. Manoj Bhoir successfully managed the camp. We are also thankful to the School Principal, Mr. Sandeep Pawar, and other teachers for their generous support in conducting the program.
