The meeting commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Debashish Roy, who addressed the gathering and set the tone for the day’s proceedings.
Each member present was introduced, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose among attendees.
Mr. Suresh Singh from Pune delivered an inspiring motivational talk, encouraging continued dedication to social service and volunteerism.
- A presentation was delivered summarizing key statistics and events from 2019.
- Mrs. Rinky Roopesh shared details of the planned initiatives and events for 2020, outlining SUADHA’s strategic direction for the year.
A Quiz Competition was conducted by Mrs. Jyoti Singh from Pune, engaging participants in a lively and educational activity.

• Mr. Mohd Rafiq - Mrs. Harsha Shah and Mrs. Sunita Chauhan, Mumbai City Coordinators, were recognized for their consistent support in organizing Mumbai-based events.
- Mrs. Sandhya Kumud, a dedicated volunteer for the past eight years, was felicitated for her long-standing service.
The event was jointly hosted by Mrs. Tessie Freddy and Mr. Debashish Roy. A total of 80 participants, including staff, volunteers, and supporters of the NGO, were in attendance.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all attendees, followed by a community lunch that provided an opportunity for informal interaction and fellowship.
