AGM Proceedings
- 1. Inauguration: The meeting was formally opened with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp.
- 2. Introductory Session: Trustees, staff, and volunteers introduced themselves, sharing insights into their roles and contributions to the growth and development of SUADHA.
- 3. Activity Review: Ms. Monali Roy delivered a detailed presentation on the NGO’s activities conducted during the preceding year.
- 4. Future Planning: Mrs. Rinki Roopesh presented the ongoing and upcoming events scheduled for 2022.
- 5. Financial Discussion: Ms. Rohini Mhase led the session covering donations, expenditures, and the budget for the review period.
Post-Meeting Sessions and Conclusion
A. Lunch
Lunch was served for all attendees following the main business session.
B. Wellness Session
After lunch, a knowledge session was facilitated by Ms. Arti Daryanani, Wellness Counsellor, focusing on the topic: “The Power of a Healthy Mindset and Strategies for Lowering Stress and Anxiety.”
C. Vote of Thanks
The management expressed sincere gratitude to all the staff, volunteers, and well-wishers who attended the 13th Annual General Meeting and continue to support SUADHA NGO's mission.
